High Speed highly accurate pick and place machines from Hanwha can achieve placement speeds of up to 100'00 components per hour from one machine.

Both the Hanwha HM520 and XM520 use dual lane conveyors and multiple gantries to optimise placement speeds.  The HM520 is a very compact modular mounter using a rotary head to maximise efficiency speeding up to 80'000cph.
