LED Pick and Place Machines

LED Lighting is generally long boards up to 600mm in length in strips of 20mm.  Along the length typically are rows of LED with connectors either end and the odd resitor.

Hanwha have pick and place machine solutions of up to 1500mm in length and placement speed options of 30'000cph from the SM482PLUS-L to the DECAN S2 which bashes out 92'000CPH.

The L models have advanced optimisation patterns to place the LEDS depending on their lumens.
