Order Received for Hanwha SMT Line comprising of SM482PLUS and SM485

Customer chose the Hanwha Platform to replace their existing 12 year old equipment.

In doing do, this added huge capability and a massive upgrade to this line.

The SM482PLUS is a flexible placer with a great placement range. After this machine, an SM485 was added with a multi story tray feeder. The SM485 brings this line to life with the use of gripper nozzles, lifted lead checker, high component placement height and of course a good feeder holding. By using the side tray feeder, not interfering with the PCB width, the machine can also hold 20 different matrix trays or 40 small.

Both machines are fitted with docking carts for fast job change and jobs are arranged off-line using T-Solution factory Automation Software to efficiently balance the lines and program without stopping the machines.
