Vertical Curing Oven

Curing has traditionally been done by the use of a curing oven or curing reflow oven or just a reflow oven.  Depeding on what chemical is being cured will depend what temperature and for how long.  The temperatures often range from 100deg C up to 150deg C but curing times can vary from 5 minutes often to more than 20mins.  Our Vertical Curing Oven is unique design, saving space and energy saving by stacking the boards or substrates vertically ascending and then decending until they reach the exit.  This means no more long curing ovens consuming a huge amount of power and taking up a vast amount of factory space.
