Flow Soldering

Folungwin successfully launched on the European adventure starting with the export of wave soldering machines, the first to be CE certified and the first to have obtained patents for the innovation of the solutions adopted.

The solder pot is made up of 2 waves as standard.  First the extremely stable flat standard flow wave for PTH components and the "bubble or better known as chip wave for SMT components, which eliminates the typical shadow effect on the wave. The solder pot has been designed to minimise dross which is automatically brought to the front side removal area of the machine making its removal.
