Order Received for Samsung SM482 Flexible Pick & place machine plus Multi storey Tray Feeder

After reviewing several machine types, taking into consideration, specification, cost of ownership, support, feeder cost, feeder capacity and many others, Reading Based CEM M-tek Assembly (UK) Ltd. decided that the Samsung SM482 Flexible Pick and Place Machine was the best all round machine for them.

With 120 feeder positions and utilising the Side tray feeder, with no loss to PCB width, the had a combined feeder count of 120 x 8mm slots and 20 matrix trays.

Low cost of ownership, two years warranty as standard and sensible feeder and nozzle prices made the Samsung machine an attractive solution for their future plans and to cover their current needs.
