After extensive research into suitable screen printers, Dialight Europe selected the US-2000X Screen printer as the most suitable screen printer for their SMT Line requirements.

ESE CO.,LTD. (Korea) is a long-term manufacturer of screen printers.  The printers are extremely reliable and offer a low cost of ownership and many years of defect-free operation. As a standard, the screen printer has a precision regulator control for squeegee pressure and speed, all programmable and correct recognition regardless of fiducial mark visual alignment. USC as standard with a programmable cleaning system Wet/Dry/Vacuum depensing on production condition and real 2D inspection ( Excess, Shortage and Bridge ).

Dialight selected the optional table vacuum system with vacuum bars to better support bowed, flexible or thin PCB's.
