With shortage of space and a need to substantially increase line CPH, this customer chose the DECAN S2 dual gantry high speed pick and place machine.

With their PCB's being no more than 250mm this meant adding the DECAN S2 could produce two PCB's at the same time and work non stop due to the built in shuttle conveyors.

Rapid optimum speeds of 92'000cph in a small footprint of just 1400mm, the DECAN S2 was a logical choice.
